I know what it's like to be misgendered

Happens every day

I know what it's like to have someone call you by your birth name that you hate

Also happens every day

But you will get through this

I promise

If you don't like yourself for it

Just remembered that you are loved

And that you are not alone

Surround yourself with people who support and accept you

Transphobic people can sit in the corner and think about what they've done

They're not worth our time and effort

But you however

And never be ashamed of that

Because you are valid
