Life's lesson long

Experience  being

the teacher I know.

I learn from it’s presence  

wherever I go.

It’s hard to accept

as I look back and say

Every lesson I have learnt

I have lernt the hard way.

The mistakes I have made

have helped me realize

It’s not what we are taught

that helps to make us wise.

We gain knowledge in life

not from what we are taught.

But from each little mishap

or fight that we’ve fought.

So I am a pupil

in life’s lesson forever.

And we all learn alone.

So the teacher I’m never.
