A.I of nature

A.I of nature

A Poem by Nicola Farren
"

Just a thought about how and why we may act the way we do at times.

"
Could we be robots

 of a natural kind.

Mimicking behavior

controlled by our mind.

A complex system

of electrical flow.

Man overing  our body

from head to toe.

With eyes like cameras

storing all that they see

Roads,people,animals

cars,buildings,trees.

Copying behavior

until we are aware.

Of actions,their consequences

It’s only then that we care.

A really good poem. Thoughtfully penned with keen observation of human behaviour. We all may as well be 'robots' the way we react to things without giving them a second thought. The way we are all brainwashed into consummer mentality etc. Our egos get in the way of caring for others as we should. Keep up the good work!

Decent speed write, but the piece doesn't really stick with you. Also, I was confused as to what "man overing" meant.
