The Interpretation of a MurdererA Poem by Bleeding Ink AnthologyStarted as an idea for a book really. But I was eager.
Ever felt like you’re not alone well that’s because your not She will watch you close within Almost as though you can feel her seeping into your skin But you’re not sure, you walk around scared Bolt the windows and lock the door So the mist will spread against your window glass The lifeless white from her breaths so fast The anticipation forming in her dusty mind The blood on the walls the fun and the time The weapons she can use The ways your body she will abuse Because she is and always will be the death of you Ever wondered who’s behind you on the street The quickening footsteps, when you accidentally meet The smile and the look, polite face’s to see Who would know deep down what I’m hiding who I really became to be The thoughts in my mind as I watched your eyes There is so many ways you could meet your demise From the simple car crash, to the slices and deep gash To the ways your breath will slip, through crimson lips To the ways your heart can stop, just from a simple cut on one spot The thoughts turn into visions, and the visions form a smirk The smirk you think is polite and cute Would it be cute, if you knew what I knew, That really the vision and the smirk, was from me seeing myself killing you. So here is my interpretation of what you seek to see about me That when u cross me on the street and you receive that polite smile Just think back, and remember, just once just for a while That, that person who smiled, may be sick inside, And may be happy to say, because that’s what she is That the person on the street, who smiled at you today Is the same person tomorrow who will take your life away.. © 2008 Bleeding Ink AnthologyAuthor's Note
