Resurrection

Resurrection

A Poem by nishantshah2381
"

Penned on December 26 2008

"
I wander in the woods of grime
to refrain from the fear of time.
I see the barbarians marching the east,
and let the sun never to rise.

I hear the hymns of the partisan eyes,
waiting for the dawn to defy this time.
And when I look in her solemn eyes,
She veils her fear with the hope of some divine.

I hear the carillons chime the songs of Yuletide,
and I hear the knell hymning death from the grave.
I feel the aversions of many feeble minds,
And averments of many wilted fiends.

Still,
Many succumb to find their truth of existence,
Even I am the pawn of this vicious time.
But I can’t be fugitive of this encircled fate.
Avenge, resurrect for the war of Righteousness,
Rise beyond this diabolic time.
And grapple your fate with your own hands
