Requiem of the heartA Poem by nishantshah2381Penned on May 9 2008
Everyday you caress me with some words,
though pristine, I find myself fallible to your wit.
Some days you relish your slyness along with my pal (frantic mind) and still have some fervors for me when the hazel light ends. Give me the reason to trust your hypocrisy, My tender visceral is always subterfuge by your deeds and grimes. I am a tender piece and would always bleed to abide by your side, but there are many tender hearts lying in that lane (of beliefs and hope), Aching them with your fragile words would not mend anyones way. © 2011 nishantshah2381 |
