Ying and Yang

Ying and Yang

A Poem by nishantshah2381
"

Penned on February 27 2008

"
I tenaciously look around these days,
the silhouette of the withered trunk,
the gnarled twigs of despair and dearth
and the seared leaves morphed pale.
the shadows of the ramifications
dwarfed on the  parched vile earth .
While the  charred sun scorning
from the enshrouded myriads of agony.
There I stag at the meridian of the  woods
And I witnessed,
The fallacious dingy crows amassed around the nest
Still in its flight, fawned  to decipher the things around
The Kite rushed to nestled the callowed soul.

Beautiful. I really love how you focus on the Yin side of things to bring out the Yang by the end and show how everything is true and cannot exist without an opposing force.
