SuccubusA Poem by James Takeo PantonSome girls just don't get the message...
She comes, with hand held open
Wanting and needing for more
She comes in the night to feed and prey
And suck the life from a soul
All her life is a tragedy
Or so the story goes
Every move is calculated
And she entices with a smile and curves
Yet her eyes and words betray intentions
Not as noble as they may seem
Sex is her only weapon
Promises are not meant to be kept
Empty words and crocodile tears
Spew forth like a fountain on command
Black are her clothes that shape to her form
Black are her eyes, for they are empty
And every excuse will she have for you
As to why there is the urgent need from her
I am not fooled by these measures
I shall not succumb to these hidden tactics
Her rewards are fleeting
Her temptation will mislead
She comes in the night
With hope for a temporary paradise
That only brings on the pain of loss
