FOR ALICE:
You step out of your house on a cold chilling night. You slowly walk to the street and look to the right. There is a faint glow from the street light, and past that nothing but darkness. You then look to the left and you see headlights coming closer, fast, which was odd because you were the only person who lived down this way. To make sure they do not see you, you quickly run into the woods to your right. As the car approaches it slowly comes to a stop and someone steps out. The person looks in your direction, and you slowly sink deeper into the trees. The person walks up to your house and slips inside. You hear the person rummaging around your house, clearly looking for something, but you don’t dare move closer to see what. After a minute or two they walk out and throw something in your bushes. They speed away and a small explosion goes off in the bushes. You hear more cars approaching so you run aimlessly into the trees. When you come to a clearing you remember something… You had never been in these woods before.. You try to think about what you had heard about these woods. There had been several people found dead in these woods and three people had gone missing recently. You carefully start to make your way back to your house. After a few minutes you look around. You see a fence and some abandoned truck. You don’t remember seeing this… You turn to the right and slowly continue walking alongside the fence. After a few minutes you can just make out the back of your house. You run to get in your house but something does not seem right. There is an ere quietness going on.. You stop running and sneak around in the woods till you can see the front of your house. The mysterious people are gone and your front door is open. You slowly walk to your house and inside the door. You go to the left and walk through the dining room and up the stairs. You go in your room and slowly start slipping out of your clothes. Just as you're about to take off your shirt you hear someone enter the house their footsteps are heavy and fast. They were running… And headed toward the stairs. You have no fast way out so you quickly crawl under your bed and hope they don’t see you. They come to your door and stop. All you can see is their feet which after you seen them you wished you never had. They were drenched in something red… blood… The person takes a few strides in your room and stops where their boots are right in your face. You squirm backwards to get away. When you squirmed you must have made a sound because the next moment you see a hand that was cut up on the floor beside the boots. Then a hook dropped right beside it… Also covered in blood. The hand slowly starts crawling toward you. You have to try as hard as you can to not scream at the top of your lungs. The hand comes to you and covers your mouth. You hear the person laugh slightly and they reach under the bed with their hook and stabs your leg, slowly pulling you out from under the bed. When your face gets out from under the bed you see something that no one should ever see. The person is covered in blood and where one of his eves should be is just a huge blob of blood. There is no mouth. There is just a line of stitches in a smile. You scream as loud as you can and he just drags you down the stairs. You look down at your leg and it is a bloodied mess. You stop squirming and you pass out. You wake up just as the person is dragging you to in the fence you saw earlier. You pass out again and wake up to find the person nowhere around but a few bodies are scattered everywhere. You look at your leg. It is patched up, so you try to get up to walk but you fall. Your leg starts stinging really badly so you sit down clutching it. You hear something stir in the bushes on the other side of the lot, so you quickly crawl into a bush behind you thinking it is him. You peek out of the bush and you see a girl. She looks around frantically, you think she means no harm, and she is also trying to get away, so you crawl out of the bush. She sees you and covers her mouth. She runs up to you and starts messing with the gauze on your leg. After a minute or two your leg starts to slowly feel better. She helps you up and allows you to lean on her as she slowly leads you to the fence. Just as you reach the fence there is a shot and your body runs cold as you feel the air off of the bullet… Was whoever did that shooting at you? Right after that another shot rings out and the girl falls beside you. You grab her arm and drag her to a bush before another shot rings out and a bullet wizzes right by your ear. You say your silent goodbyes and thank you’s then you hobble away. After a minute or two the shots stop, and luckily none of them hit you. You hear something in the bushes and you hide behind a tree, thinking it is the man headed back for you. You look around the tree as the figure emerges from the shadows. It is the person that kidnapped you. You hide back behind the tree and you hear him walking closer, then away a few steps. You peak around the tree just enough where you can see him crouched on the ground smelling something. You look to see what he is sniffing.. It is your footprint. He then gets up and looks directly at you. Your face goes pale and you try your best to run away. You get to the fence and start panicking. You thought you ran toward your house, not the fence. You take off in another direction. You can still hear him, and you do not care where you run, you just want to get away from him. You stop for a second to catch your breath and you hear the man running, not very far behind you. You start running again and a tree seems to reach out at you and grab you. You topple over panting when you see the man right in the edge of your vision. You scream as loud as you can and try crawling away. The man steps over you and picks you up. You study the person closely and discover it isn’t the scary man. It is another scary man; he has black hair, a black jacket and pants, a blue mask, and no eyes. You scream again and he covers your mouth. The person slowly carries you to a house in the woods. You then wake up with bandages all around you with a pain coursing through you. You fall asleep again and never wake up.

FOR DANIEL:
You are about to go to your girlfriend’s house. She hadn’t called you today about coming over, but you decided to surprise her. You got in your car and took off to her house. On the way there you see someone standing on the side of the road that looks like her. You look away for a second then, look back and see what looks like someone with a hooked hand holding someone. You slow down, look at the road, and look back. There is no sign of what you saw. You speed up again and you are around a football field away from her house when you hear an explosion. You stop in a hurry and get out of your car. You feel wind rushing around you and you rush to her house to see nothing out of the ordinary. You then run in her house to see a trail of blood leading from her room and down the stairs. You run up the stairs and into her room, nothing but torn sheets. You look around for anything to show she was here and you find a small pool of blood under her bed. You try to call the cops but all you hear is static. You rush out of her house and look around before rushing into the trees. You don’t know what tells you she went there, but you just know. After a few minutes of running through trees you start getting a bad headache and you end up collapsing. You strain to see what is ahead when you hear several gunshots. You jump up and a few minutes later you hear someone scream, it sounds like Alice.. You run toward where you hear the scream, but you see nothing. You decide to walk the direction the shots came from and after a few minutes you see a fence in the distance. You begin jogging and you trip over something by a bush. You sit up and examine to bush to see a body of a girl a little younger than Alice and she had been shot in the chest. You get up petrified thinking if that could be Alice somewhere and jog toward the fence again. When you get to the fence you look around and see dead bodies scattered everywhere, you then turn around and run in a random direction. You then feel a sharp pain course through your entire leg you fall and look down at your leg to see a trap. You look at the trap and find a release latch and you end up freeing your leg, then try getting up. You get up, holding onto anything you can and walk again, in the same direction for a few minutes before seeing a house. You walk up to it and look in the window to see someone lying on the table covered in blood. It’s Alice… you fall down to your knees and begin crying for several hours before getting up and slowly walking in a direction that would lead out of the woods. You stop for a few seconds and hear footsteps.. They sound heavy, but you continue walking, ignoring them. You then hear the footsteps running and turn around to see someone with blood for eyes, stitches in a smile, covered in blood, and a hook for a hand. You then spin around and run in the direction of the road with the person behind you. After a minute you get to the road and run toward Alice’s house. The footsteps are even with yours and the person is running just as fast. You run past Alice’s house and quickly get in your car, fiddling with your keys, trying to get them in the ignition, watching the man get closer and closer. You get the keys in the ignition, start the car, and speed ahead, running over the man. You then back up, run him over again and continue going down the road.
After five years you have met another woman and she knows nothing about what happened five years ago. You have just gotten married and she is expecting a child.
