Mary

Funny little things bring smiles.

 

            I found a note in my room, today. It was written in a child’s hand:

 

I am sorry for wat what I did to you

guys and I hope you can forgive me

for what I did

 

Signed, “Mary.” I don’t remember who Mary is, much less what she did that she wants me to forgive, but her apology is so real, her sincerity so evident on that little paper that I cannot help but forgive whatever it is that she did to me so long ago.
