Another Try...

Another Try...

A Poem by N!LoC

the sun seems to be setting soon...

so i guess i’ll take an evening walk...

as the sun slowly gives way to the moon...

my inner self begins to talk...

i ponder on things that are on my mind...

as i feel the winds blowing strongly my way...

emotions take over and i suddenly find...

myself feeling the way when i wrote "Astray"...

forgiveness - contempt...

hurt, pain and sorrow...

resentment - bitter silence...

then tears soon follow...

i lift my head up and look to the sky...

and see a bird flying freely up so high...

it inspires me to believe and not ask "why"...

just believe, have faith, & to give love...

another try...

Love is a many splendid thing but smoking hot indiscriminate sex is a fine substitute. Great Poem N!LoC.

What an inspiring read. Reminding us all to live in the moment, don't dwell on the what if's...and be free and fearless like a bird. :)
