A wind says..!

A wind says..!

A Poem by Nilesh Ratnam
"

I was sitting in my academic block, suddenly a soft wind blows which unknowingly and unsporting gives points to so many things happening in someone's life..!

"
Looking at the people,
In a beautiful windy night,
where the stars were twinkling all and around,
where the winds were blowing soft and slowly.

As the winds touched me,
to the hairs of my ears,
feeling to hear something special in the air,
making my mind to think in this beautiful windy heirs.

I saw people going, laughing and chatting,
unaware of the fact of reality,
hiding away all the soft corners,
making them feel all different to what they are.

couples goes and kissed each other,
friends hug and say bye to each other,
leaving all the sorrows and happiness behind,
as they think no one to be there noticing them all the time.

By the time we all leave,
it almost end up to ten.
hoping for a better tomorrow ,
we came back heavyhearted back to life.

but surprisingly i was still there blowing,
with the same direction and,
the only thing that changed,
was the view of people day by day..!!!

Wow, what was lovely was that i didnt read the title until after i had read the poem, which gave me a wonderful realisation during the last stanza of the poem. Such in depth thoughts, such as "what does the wind see?" are the roots of truly different and amazing poems. Well done!
