Again, it is short but the quality of writing is simply terrific. However, there are some grammer improvements that can be made. Perhaps it could be changed to something like:

Quietly,quietly,
a love, so silent,
a mind, ever so shattered
in raging thought of him
not even a last kiss goodbye
before all that matters was stolen

At least... That was how I seemed to read it in my head. It's your piece of writing, and this is only a suggestion. Grammer is really important to anyy piece of writing, whether it is a poem, story or a book.
