Blind

I imagined being blind and this is what happened

 Don’t look into the deep sockets where my eyes once where

don’t say it don’t say 

I can’t see

don’t wrap these bandages around me 

it’ll make me feel crazy 

when my eye sight goes hazy

 and i can’t see 

I am blind

no more will I see the sun

no more will I see my eyes

no more will I see the mirror

now all I will see is 

ever going 

never ending 

darkness

encasing my head in a bottomless tomb

erasing all those pretty livid pictures

as I reach my blinding doom

this unreal darkening room

I have found myself in an arranged married to this unwanted groom.

oh where have you put my eyes?

my camera to the real world

where have you put my sight

no more shall I flinch

at the blinding light

but forever I will be blinding

forever unwinding

forever an endless dinning on 

my sight’s funeral

and this blind blind doom

and then I wake up.
