Blue moonA Poem by Yasmin
Angels and demons were there
The day I left the womb Birds sang, roses blossomed, a miracle of spring overruled Home created by clouds of joy Symphonies of love, seemed impossible to destroy The madness of summer's sun burnt it down Expelled magic of my homeless heart My soul wondered streets day and night Fall blew away this house of cards Seeking colors, for roses turned black Gipsy hungry for acceptance and love Winter poured rains watering my solitude Thunders of raging emptiness and void Silence contained me when our eyes collided Tango of lust, fear and hope Explosive fireworks, nostalgia of spring Gracefully, she approached My contaminated, deep brutal wounds Fading away Surrendering to the serenity of her beauty Rewriting my past, my future and now Strays of sunlight at dawn dissecting through Embracing the child, the man in me Exploring the world ahead of us With a golden bond Together, our home will rumble into immorality © 2021 YasminReviews
