MEDITATION SELF-ESTEEM
Meditation produces a positive inner spirit and a sense of
calmness. It can be considered a spiritual experience or a
relaxing activity. Through meditation you dig deep within YOU.
Helps to clear negative thoughts and channel positive energy.
Positive thoughts encourage a normal or high self-esteem.
Producing a more confident woman and mother. Giving you a
sense of inner peace, love and happiness for who you really are.
HOW TO MEDITATE
Take five or ten minutes to get away. (Increase in minutes
as you get more familiar with this activity) From your kids,
husband and phone. Any distractions that will interfere with
your meditation session. Find a nice, quiet place to do this. You
can either sit or stand. The goal is to focus on your breathing.
So make sure you are in a relaxed state. Begin breathing in and out.
Paying close attention to your breathing. Continue to do this and remain
relaxed. Your thoughts will slowly drift away and your mind
will become clearer. Return back to just breathing and relax.
Remember the more you meditate, the greater the benefits.
Incorporate meditation into your daily lifestyle. You will be a
happier woman. A more relaxed mom.
