It's midnight

And I want to walk along the moon light path

In the dark and silence

Just you and me

Standing under a full moon

And all the stars in the sky

I want to look in your eyes

And know you see

What I see in you

I want to grab your hand

And never let it go

Your perfectly rough fingers

Inertwined in mine

I want to sit on the bluff

And look out on the dark lake

Just like in every love song

It's midnight
