Beware the Wolves

Beware the Wolves in the World

Whose claws for a time are furled.

They wear the coat of sheep

But don't let them catch you sleep.

Patience is not cynical or empty

For trust should not come easy.

If after careful search you find a friend

You damn well keep him 'till the bitter end.
