Dot your T's with hands and feet

Dot your T's with hands and feet

A Poem by Nickjohnson
"

A cute play on what i think about religion.

"

What seems endless is the darkness, that blocks my view.

It clings to a cloth, tied in two knots, and hung so carefully upon my ears.

It has blinded me for the longest time, and cliché’ aside I see finally.

Mesmerize the uncivilized, and lead them lambs to the slaughter.

Know now, I shall not be fooled!

Pages writ are full of lies, hung by nails from a wooden plank.

Stretched are the truths, riding on wings followed by wisps of the harp.

If you deny this truth, my regard for you is not nearly noble enough.

Read! Learn! Believe in the truth of what you know you can and have seen!

If my words are lies, show me my faults.

I’ll slip them onto your path and you then may fall into your own decisions.
