Pain in the arm

just something I came up with since i couldn't sleep and should be in bed but i cant sleep. Tell me what you think:)

Every night you keep me up with your pain,

No matter what I do; I cannot make you go away.

I wish I could formulate a plan to make you better.

Just seems like no way of appeasing you.

Some days your not so bad.

Sometimes I almost forget you are there.

But, When I think your not coming back,

You fight back with a vengeance.

I am not sure how you started.

Or even why you started,

But, my friend you must go.

I want you to be a spirit in the wind.

I want to be able to go to bed at night 

Without you rearing your ugly head.

Please leave my bed!

Never return to the thoughts in my head.

Your presents is no longer wanted. 

As I have previously said.

You this pain, this pain in my neck;

This pain in my arm.

Please Oh, Please could you manage to leave; 

Give my body peace from your wrath.

I can relate in so many ways lol.. My client is a little 4 year old and he likes me to pick him up and fly him around like an angry bird lol.. OMG I can't say no to his cute face and yet my arm has every nerve screaming at me:) lol.... I know your sleepless pain...xo

Aww! I hope your pain goes soon, my sister suffer with this pain it could be frozen shoulder. Aside from that its very well writtern and I love that your willing it to go away. I want you to be a spirit in the wind, like this.

The pain of the neck and upper body is hard to lose. I recommend some b-6 and some time in the pool moving the arms very slowly. Will strengthen the muscles around the pain. Old Army cure for healing and repair. Does work. I like the thoughts and the description in this poem. A excellent poem.
