The Shadow for me

I just wrote it after i looked up a prompt. i was bored and this is what i came up with

You keep following me, 

No matter where I go. 

Your always there, 

I can't get rid of you.

You're behind me, 

You're in front of me.

I only see you when the light is right.

Otherwise you fade away in the darkness.

If only I knew more about you,

Then maybe we could be friends.

If only I could see you more.

Then maybe we could be.

You keep following me, 

No matter where I go.

Your always there,

I don't want to get rid of you.

Without you my world would be sad

I couldn't say you were there my shadow.

I hope the light hits you just right

So you always be in my sight.

Nice. I like it. You're shodow is always there and sees everything you do. What if they had minds? That would be creepy. Especially since there always there (as we have already established) Great work :)

Reading the first stanza it seemed to have a stalker like quality to it- I suppose also giving the feeling of shadow. It was nicely written interesting take. Great write.
