Hear us Roar!

Just something i thought of after listening to Christina Aguilera's song Can't Hold Us Down Love or hate??

We are women! Hear us Roar!

We have words to say.

The world will hear us.

No man can shut us up.

Can't hold us down.

Your not even man enough to read this.

You can't handle the words were saying.

We aren't going to be quiet!

We are women! Hear us Roar!

You think you can tell us what do to?

Telling us to make you something.

Your arms and legs aren't broken.

I am not your maid.

I am not here to please you, 

I am not here to be your slave.

We are not toys you can just play with.

We have feelings and hopes and dreams.

We are women! Hear us Roar!

We will not fall to your advances

We will not be taken advantage of.

We will stand up for what is wrong.

We will make a difference in this man dominate world!

Ignorance is bliss.

They may believe you.

Never again will we fall to you.

Never again.

We are women! Hear us Roar!

I have three daughters and a wife. I know the roar of the woman. I try to teach my girls how to live. Number one and most important rule. "Never depend on the income of a man. Make enough money to support yourself or lose your freedom." Woman need to roar. Education, skills and common sense will lead you to a powerful roar. Thank you for the outstanding poem.
