Easter

Just a short little poem for Easter.

It spans to every person,

Every nation,

Every religion,

All over the world.

No matter how you celebrate it

You see evidence of it everywhere.

From the simplest eggs;

To the most elegant of baskets.

Anglo-Saxon to Pagan,

America to Japan,

India to Germany.

We all come together.

Hunting for those colored eggs.

Finding candy or money inside.

Maybe even just finding a nice egg.

Being the first to find them all or at least most.

So I have something to tell you.

I hope you will enjoy

I've lived in Brazil and now I live in Italy and in both places we don't do egg hunts :(
Well, i really liked your poem, great work, great use of stanzas (glad to see they follow a logic= all of them are quatrains except for the last triplet + final verse), i see some interesting rhymes and i love it =D !
So again, great piece, great job =D
