Looks can kill

Looks can kill

A Poem by MandaBear
"

I took Socrates quote "Beauty is a short lived Tyranny" and turned it into this poem i hope you like it :)

"
Going out for a night of fun.
Dolling your self up.
The perfect clothes;
The perfect look.

Lips a bight cherry red.
Cheeks a rosy pink.
Eyes sparkling  like glitter.
And your ready to hit the town.

You got your girls
In the club dancing.
Tonight your letting loose.
Your Beautiful and your gonna have fun.

A boy notices you from across the room.
Your feminine charms are working.
He comes over to see what he can get.
For he has fallen for your spell.

Soon your in each others arms
Your smothering lipstick between lips.
Hands in each others hair.
Things are heating up.

A wild night is about to pursue.
Now your left with no lip stick on,
With a knife in your back,
And a note by the bed which read......

Beauty is a short lived tyranny.
