My Friend

This woman I work with is leaving and i will miss her dearly. So i wrote a poem about how i feel. Love or Hate? Let me know :)

My friend although you are moving away

You will be in my heart to stay.

I will miss you, I hope to see you again.

Forever you will be my friend.

Working with you makes my days bright.

Laughing and giggling all the night.

Our rides home arise such a chatter.

Some people are asking what is the matter.

My friend, my partner in crime.

We will see each other in due time.

But for now, you be happy.

For your happiness is also mine.

I bid you a due my sweet friend.

I have you in my heart until the end.

Go make memories, and smiles and laughs.

All the cries will soon pass.

I wish you nothing but the best. Just remember You will always be my friend.

There are two things that comes to mind when I read this. Last year a good friend left and moved to Tennessee. I miss her all the time and I wish I could talk to her face to face one more time. The second thing it made me think of is work. On Fridays I do more laughing then work. All the funny people are there and are good times all around.
