Love, Trust and Hope

I was challenged to use those 3 words and make them into a poem. So tell me what you think? Love or Hate?

A vicious monster looking for someone.

The other half to this scary side.

Anyone that isn't scared to see the real him.

He wants to be bitten by love.

He sees himself in the mirror 

Only a cracked reflection is staring back.

Something so ugly he thinks 

How could anyone trust this face?

Getting ready for his big date.

All shaved and prim and popper.

Teeth gleaming brighter than the moon.

He takes a deep breath as he opens the door.

She stands before him and doesn't run away.

Wide eyed and heart beating fast 

This monster lets his insecurities give way.

For you see, my dears the bite has been bit.

Soon they hit it off; monster and woman.

For they make plans for next week.

All his dreams have come true.

I am in awe because of you.

Here's to hoping you find your Beauty to your Beast.

I really like this idea, it's great.

This stanza is just fabulous. I love how this "monster" has human qualities, and how the monster is able to trust her and throw his insecurities away, often something that is so hard to do. It's total trust when that happens. great job using these three words :)
