Uniform of love

its not done but i would love for you to read it and get some feed back on what to add or change but be nice about it lol

"
Uniform so tighly pressed. Many people stare as they march. What are they thinking? some people wonder. Is it glory? Is it for the pain? What are they looking for?

Men of a million faces, thousands of thoughts, one single goal. To be Free. To know what they are fighting for. A land of the free and the home of the brave.

Uniform so tightly pressed. each soldier in a line. What will become of the men? will it be your or mine?  Pressed against time. loyal subjects they stand. Making not one noise for the terror at hand.

So close yet so far. Holding close the memory yet so lost. Keeping a smile on a war torn face. Hoping that one day its all they will face.

One day soon they will go home. A promise that never seems to hold. So many men are far gone. Do we forget the fallen friend? Does a man that truely goes home ever really home?

Uniform so tighly pressed. Puts on his badges and  wonders.... was it for the glory? the pain? what am i looking for?
