Be your man

Be your man

A Poem by MandaBear
"

Just thought I would try a different point of view. So this is a guy at his wedding and what he is thinking. I think it is good if you read it both ways let me know what you think!

"
Walking down the isle with a pretty white smile
With a pink flower in your hair.
Just can't wait to become your man
To hold you in my arms.

On such a fine day the preacher did say
We are all gathered here today
For one of life's greatest moments
Her eyes gave a small little tear.

I kissed my bride and with a smile so wide
I can't believe I found this girl of mine
She's so perfect, kind and wise.
Oh, she has the prettiest eyes.

I show off my new lady
Oh, how my heart is going crazy.
She drives me wild
Just with the happiest smile.

I am grateful to be her man
She brings me joy with just her presence.
She has a big heart and is very smart.
I am glad to be taking a part.

It's certainly an accomplishment to write as the opposite gender! I've never been able to master it, good job!
