Winter

Winter

A Poem by MandaBear
"

I hope you like it. =) Enjoy!

"
The snowflakes falling from the sky.
As the days of winter just fly by.
Snowmen and women galore
Yes, Jack frost Can I have some more?

Cookies to be baked and consumed.
I think about this in the middle of June.
Tree decorating and presents to wrap.
For some of winters delights I am a sap.

Christmas music filling the air oh what a delight.
Lights shinning brightly from the house.
What a wonderful and joyous site.
The anticipation of one Santa Clause.

Reindeer hove noises on the roof.
Leaving cookies out with a glass of something to drink.
Finding sleep is rather so tough.
So much happiness you just can't think.

A winter wonderland most winters past.
Just wanting the moment to last.
All good things come to an end.
Until next time my wintertime friend.

Though the topic of winter is a very popular one that many authors describe, you certainly paint a very beautiful picture. I love your use of details and atmosphere. Excellent work!
