Lost Love

I was thinking about someone that has recently left. I miss that person. I guess I didn't know what I had until it gone.

I find myself thinking about you more and more lately.

I miss you so much yet, I know you wont read this.

Why did you have to leave?

Can you see I need you?

I often find my self listening to the songs you made.

I know my feelings were not clear.

I wish I told you how I felt when I had you here.

I wish there was something I could have done to keep you.

Was it something I said?

Was it something I did or didn't do?

To hear your voice lets those feelings out.

I know I should move on but my heart won't.

I must admit at first I thought I was crazy.

As I got to know you I was crazy but for a different reason.

Some things were said.

I guess I wasn't ready for those feelings.

You left me to soon.

Why did you have to leave?

Don't you know I need you?

I feel like this is all my fault.

I wish you could read this.

I wish you could have read my heart before you left.

You would have seen the real me.

You said we were going to be together forever. 

I need you now come to me.
Come on my sweet lover set my heart at ease.
For your loving smile is all I need.

I guess it was just wishful thinking.

 For now your memory will just have to be a fantasy. 

Your voice will be the whisper in the wind.

Our love will be in the past.

Our Journey has come to an end.
