Exeter UFOA Story by ngrego553Exeter, NH, back in the day was visited by a UFO or so we thought. What could have been the truth behind this out worldly experience back in 1965?
In Exeter, New Hampshire, as of September 1965, a police officer and Korean War veteran, Eugene Edgar, around 2AM had recieved a distress call from a local farm. There, he saw strange red lights in the skies that then vanished into thin air. Shocked to the bone, Edgar yet was not the only one to report confirmed red lights of possibly a UFO, which he had seen that night. More than 60 confirmed police reports poured in about seeing the same strange red lights from the seemingly instant vanishing UFO.
However, 46 years later, in 2011, former military pilot, James McGay, looked into the reported alien sightings from police back in 65 knowing this patterned sequence of reports was obviously familiar to him. He then relized that at the time, he was flying a US army tanker jet (1950-1973) when it needed refueling, in which it underwent literally in mid air, thus, projecting red lights mimicking those of a UFO miles from Exeter. When he told his story to the public that he did in this way mean to hoax anyone, the case was 100% closed without any other theories. Source: Mysteries at the Museum: UFO in Exeter, Travel Channel
