Close, CloseA Poem by Mason WattsA poem that is unfinished but I would love some feedback!!!!!1 NEED IDEAS FOR ENDING!!!!!!!Warning, sharp, smoke, deep, kiss
Her looks were beautiful and sharp, Her lips full and mesmerizing. Then, as if without warning, it happened. A deep and compelling kiss touched my lips, But not so gently, No, she wasn’t that kind of girl. It was passionate and deep, Making my thoughts like smoke. I didn’t resist, only held her close, Close, Close.
She pulled away But I tugged for more Not willing to give away One kiss of hers. I kiss at her almost lustfully Not willing to share. For she is mine and mine alone
And I hers and hers alone. We both hesitate to move away Afraid the other might leave So we take quick, shallow breathes
Then pull for more. Then finally it comes The moment we both hate Where we both must be torn away. As she leaves, so does my heart As if it was torn in two. We leave looking back Trying to get just one more glimpse, Until we can no longer see. © 2010 Mason WattsAuthor's Note
