A Drunken Plea

A poem about a drunk breakup.

Look around, love
All you see is unsaturated trees
A pale grey sky
And you're on your knees

Look around, love
Its not normally this way
Don't you want to die
Please don't go away

Don't tell me it's over
I'm not all that sober
I can't find my keys
But please don't leave
Don't tell me it's over
You're my lucky clover
I thought we were fine
I thought you were mine
