New Emotions, Old Worries

Feelings happen so fast 

But what's happening now 

Happened in the past 

If it fades yet again 

I'll be lost in the waves 

And I'll bid you farewell as I fall again 

It's a rush of blood 

To my face or in my arms 

It's not what could 

But what can 

If I disappear behind the wall 

It's not because I didn't love you 

When my blood turns to tears 

And you leave for the best 

I'll be left with my fears 

And no one will be able to save me 

I don't want to be alone 

Because the darkest fear is of myself 

One last chance is all I need 

But would it ever work out 

When sadness is all I bleed 

If I let go the worst is done 

When scared of the future is how I feel 

Depression is all I've dealt with
