Baffled!

I've never met him, but his voice captivates my mind!

Have I ever told you that there is something about you that baffles me. I look at your picture and you are this big strong guy but yet you have these soft eyes...and I know they hide so much. I can see the sparkle in them that tell me you are going to give me so much pleasure...but also the glaze over them that hides the pain you have seen. It is weird that you can contain all of this at once.

I am all the more confused when I hear your sweet voice on the other end of the line. A line that is oh so far away and stretches to the utmost farthest point from me. Is it the distance or the satellite that makes you sound like a caring young boy? So sweet in tone? How can you look so stern and speak so softly.

Your voice almost reflects the way you will treat my body....gentle and smooth...but with intent! I can't wait to meet the mysterious man that holds my thoughts...and yet more...my very damp dreams.

A lucky Soldiers would appreciate a good woman with passion and desire. I was a Soldier for 15 years. The letters from sweet woman kept my hope and desire to get home safely alive. I like the way you described this poem. A strong ending to a excellent poem.

Wow, I couldn't imagine something that's taken for granted so much as talking on the phone to have such an impact like that. I hope for his sake that one day you will be able to tell him in person. :D
