Once a glowing coal

it's a poem of friendship I've written it for my sky and sea my friend romi

one drop of hope is enough
to face a world so rough
one second of dream is enough
so I can act as I'm tough
but you my friend know
what I hide beneath the snow
you my friend know
all the secrets I couldn't show
all the sadness hidden inside
all the decisions I couldn't decide
all the dreams that lived and died
all the days that I had cried
you my friend just know
whenever I am sad whenever I'm low
and now the fear inside me grow
the fear that you may go
the fear that one day I will be alone
that one day your place will be unknown
that one day I will stand beside that stone
to sing our song- our special song- alone
that one day I will look around
searching for a sign a sound
searching for a hand so I won't be drowned
searching for a dream that can't be found
searching for you
fearing that I won't find you
won't have you
won't love you
fearing that one day I will have no sky or sea
my friend I fear the day I will lose you
I fear the day my sky will not be blue
my sea will not seem blue
I fear the day my heart can't be fixed not even with a glue
I fear the day when nothing will be true

the winter will come so hard and cold
my coals will burn in a chimney so old
my words will echo with a story once told
of a vow that was written with ink made of gold
romi one promise
one light against darkness
please don't leave my heart
don't break me apart
and I swear you'll be my life and soul
until no fire burns in my once glowing coal
