Albert Einstein is credited with a lot, but not all may hold in physics and especially astrophysics.

Maximum size of a single body in the Cosmos not to exceed by 5% 1. Contradicted by John K. Webb, on the electron charge over traveling the Universe from early time to now, and question if the size changes. Appears to have been smaller 10 billion years ago. Also examined by Paul Davies 1a. Faster than light: NEC Research Institute in New Jersey. Showed light in cesuim gas passed faster by 62 billionths of a second. Scientists, Dogariu, Kuzmich , 2000. Einstein is quoted, "There was never a need to invoke light to have the scalar Csquared (v squared) reduce to a pure constant. This was already implicit." 2. "El Gordo", by Ascensio 1921 with confirmation by Jose M. Diego 1922, z= 0.8 could be too big to fit the standard model, regarding the size of a body in the boundaries of the cosmos. z=0.8 comes very close to breaking that concept. D. Mitchell Feigenbaum, Rockerfeller University, NY, 2008. He claims that the treatment of light is wrong. It should not be according to luminosity that light should be measured. Light is made of several elements (as displayed by prism) and luminosity is least reliable. It should measure by photons and other elements. His paper can be found at arxiv.org 0806.1234. E. The "local variation" or "hidden variables" Einstein postulated has not found support despite many investigations. F. Search needs special extension when focusing on very high energy redshift. Many new features are being discovered in these higher ranges that could help define the properties of the cosmos both in observation and calculation. This is an area Einstein did not extend his studies into. G. Some spotty commentary on the black holes has shown up based on improved capacities. In 2016, for example, N. Afshordi put exception to the concept that the horizons of black holes contained nothing or were emptied. He contends that there is material presence at the bh horizons. Further, recently postulated as contra Hawking, Wondrak of Radbound Univ. is saying in June 2023 that black hole horizons are not the limit for activity of evaporation. It is determined that even far from black holes that the process of evaporation of materials may occur over long periods of time (and this could affect every material object).
