Imagine in your mind that your distractions are an aggregation in a colander.
Allow them to dissipate by letting go, just as the excess food and ingredients
drain through a colander. It may not happen all a once but rather as it filters
through, and settles away through passing out. Have patience to allow it to drain
through your mind and also observe in the clearing as it also dissipates distractions
into the air, leaving the mind clear.
