MirrorverseA Story by neurostar burnsA long time speculated phenomenon may be moved a step closer to being real. Approaching from a different level, realization of mirror activity could be produced through the quantum level, scientists are finding out. It could be viewed as a parallel reality, according to potential findings. More will have to carefully fleshed out as studies continue. More than one scientist certainly explores this issue currently. Some take a clue from Chinese scientists of 1956, Tsung Dao Lee and Chen Ning Yang, saying there must be symmetries which physical processes follow and things must remain the same even when other things around them change. This was echoed by Fritz Zwicky in 1933, who said there is stronger gravitational pull than could be accounted for by known matter. Paul Dirac found particles with properties beyond those known or derived back in 1928. He hinted at the presence of a whole category of antimatter. Vera Rubin seemed to observe gravitational pull stronger in the local and hinted at the presence of dark matter to make the differences found be more accountable. Presently, Leah Broussard is awaiting results from an experiment by Klaus Kirch of the Paul Scherrer Institute of Switzerland which specializes in natural studies and experimentation. They would fire a beam of neutrons at a thick wall to see if they oscillate between our world and another state. Some believe that neutrons make a good candidate for detecting this shadowy world. In some cases this could help explore the extended lifetime of neutrons as they rotate through existence. In 2012, Berezhiani published a paper saying detection has to be done with very sensitive instrumentation. That mirror neutrons are those that carry charge and rotation affects the magnetic field. Neutrons oscillate back and forth and could be detectable. Because they are hard to detect, it is said they could be a candidate for dark matter. If confirmed, it could mean that there is a shadowy, mirror side of life of the cosmos, which may wink in and out.
