Quantum, the new scape goat?

Quantum has been a perplexing area of study. Has the interpretation changed?

Many scientists have been studying it for a century. Not yet bringing resolve to some of the principle issues of the cosmos. Some now have improved instruments by which to quantify Quantum, but it still doesn't resolve or mesh well.

It seems in recent papers, that quantum is being treated as a scape goat. Frustrated scientists seem to bend quantum as the next excuse for offering why they are not successful at resolving some issues.  So due to the complexity of the quantum field, some scientists claim they cannot make progress on their work due to having to work through or with quantum which may askew data. Another scape goat.
