Humans and Reality

For some reason, Humans and Reality don't match up well.

It is found humans can think what ever they want but reality rarely matches up with their thoughts. This can come from thoughts that are private, public, very conservative, or broad. What ever humans think, it is not always supported by real events development. It seems thoughts are always being modified to fit reality and not the other way around.

Why would it be that the Homo Sapien cannot produce thoughts that exactly match reality, in stead of their own arbitrary conjectures of reality? Despite some that seem to possess a nimble mind and are very articulate, the ability to pinpoint an unequivocal, unerring reality statement is elusive. Ideas just don't have staying capacity, hence humans are always developing new ideas or modifying former ones in attempt to match world situations which include human modifications. This includes thoughts that one would attribute as reality, at least from their own subjective perspective.

Every one that entertains concepts, ideas, thoughts, whether positive or negative or neutral will find them not immutable and are subject to change immediately or if analyzed, some time in the future, not fully reinforced or substantiated by reality.
