            Promoting Good Will

A. Universality of assistance.
    "Be a beneficence to each other and oneself" A mutual positive regard with good will on the planet shall be continually nurtured. It promotes coordination and cooperativeness in endeavors.

"Well being and health of every one shall be the epitome of forward moving demonstrativeness"

    "Provide aid to the neighbor(s) in time of need immediately and unstintingly" Duress requires immediate response for relief, not delayed by procedures and should be given fully as needed, to restore a prior normalcy or provide betterment. If the occasion requires immediate aid, then it should be direct and not through monitoring or control. Neighbors can help neighbors.

"Thou shall not suffer a neighbor to involuntarily live impoverished or in a state of deprivation of essentials of living by mass will, institution or system or rigid codes" Subjugation by imposed mass will, systemic derivations or rigid codes that deprive the living to necessities of meaningful existence will become secondary to welfare, well being and health. Extending humane treatment is encouraged. (This may counter also any tendencies of predominance by impersonal programming, artificial intelligence cultures.)

B. Universality of free beliefs
    "Hold all neighbors and persons in good stead" This is open for all and does not have preference of any belief over others nor will promote one. This does not encourage imposition of any type. It promotes revering every one and amicable coexistence to be practiced in a nonexclusionary setting and is to reduce tension throughout societies whether or not there is a formed system of belief or not. For the well being of every one.
Formal allegiances need not be essential.

   C. Assisting mutual advancement.
   "Be of beneficence to each other and oneself", "Well being, welfare and good health of every one shall be the epitome of forward moving demonstrativeness"

   "Covet not thy neighbor's assets, real or intellectual" Deprivation of one's original contributive  endeavor is inhibitory and bogus. "Voluntary sharing should be mutually offered." No matter where one is, sharing is always a constructive factor for success.

   "Access to knowledge or education should not be wanting. Understanding should be  shared. Individuals should strive for universal comprehension and perception of the Kosmos, the universe and their relatedness"

    "Ongoing, positive knowledge transitions should be optimally pursued"

Part II, continuation of "New Century Ethos- Epitome". Network provides detail of application of the original piece above named. This is addressing the needs in a more modern setting with fewer particulars to wrangle with. The purport is to illustrate a reduced tension approach with reduced constraints of platitudes so cultures of people and persons of the world may be enjoyed widely and shared willingly with fewer arbitrary hindrances.
Note, there are not named or included organizations to conduct the principles. Taking from history, organizations private or public, tend to eventually draw criticisms which distract by competition or otherwise from fulfilling principles.
It is optimal that operations be coordinated and noncentralized.
So, this endeavor shall be carried out by nonaffiliated, fully cooperative managing. Hence this execution shall remain open and unhindered.
