Perturbation: none, undisturbable, featureless, smooth Angle: (see perturbation). Angular size will be compromised. Volume: imperceptible, open, homogenous, all encompassing and unbounded. (Dovetail with time and entropy). Polarity: (see perturbation) Oscillation/agitation: none Speciation: conspecific Density: greatly reduced below Planck scale, EW (electroweak force) vacuum unstable for Standard Model and so retrains/drops to lower vacuum state. [Energy, matter configuration: matter not applicable here, see Dr. W. de Sitter General Relativity 1917 paper stating matter need not be necessary in a cosmos (also Edward Kasner). It may thusly follow that also matter-antimatter need not here be considered. With no entropy, there is no arising of thermal activity that would produce an ignition e.g. big bang or need to wait for one. The universe is composed, thermal ignition is not an essential prerequisite.] Gravity: negligible to none, according to Einstein, gravity exists where there is matter to bend space. That would not be applicable here. Gravity is geometric not a field. Likewise for morphology, with no significant matter, if any, gravity will be a weak field and it will resemble Euclidean flat space, e.g. nongravitational field. TIME and entropy: Entropy aids measurement of time. For a before and after, there must be expansion. Then time may be marked as a before or after. These are not necessary to a universe. Entropy exists only because something drives it and so there is expansion. It is noted in the early 1920's, Alexander Friedmann stated that monolithic time in his calculations is overthrown and becomes a computational factor. The way for entropy and time to be measured as going one way is it must proceed in one direction. That would be due to a force or energy proceeding monotonically, e.g. dark energy. If dark energy did not or does not drive monotonically, there would be no one directional entropy and hence no way to measure time. No entropy, then no time. Thereby, in a universe or true vacuum, with such an ultra cold temperature there would be arrested activity of atomic and even virtual particles. Hence, the rudiments of time would not arise. Likewise in the ultracold, there would not be a very good opportunity for kinetic energy be established. [Simple analogy #1: Dark space encounter. This illustrates and contrasts how we approach viewing the cosmos with how the cosmos is arranged. Enter a totally dark space. Get a light to penetrate the darkness. What do we do, what do we tend to look for? We look for objects. Something to contrast with the light that otherwise shows us unending featurelessness to be encountered. We tend to deny the outright input that there may be only featurelessness. This becomes the bedrock mindset of how to go about exploring. Thus, other encounter possibilities become discounted, like True Vacuum. In True Vacuum there are no objects, as the light will show us in totally empty, dark space. Would this also follow the tendency many have inbuilt to be averse or even exhibit wariness to darkness or featurelessness?] Note: This conjecture is not about mere vacua. This is about the underlying relation of existence due to the reality the universe as we experience it has no stable foundation (or should changing chaos be preferred?) but rather random turbulence which all presents itself as perpetually unstable and ephemeral, even 'virtual particles'. With that in mind, a foundation that is not disturbed can and should be posited and ascertained.
