I.   Hold all neighbors and persons in good stead. Treat each as a whole unto their self. Be a beneficence to each other and oneself.

II. Provide aid to the neighbor(s) and persons in time of need immediately and  unstintingly.

III. Thou shall not suffer a neighbor to involuntarily live impoverished or in a state of deprivation of essentials of living by mass will, institution or system or rigid codes.

 Well being, welfare and good health of everyone shall be the epitome of forward moving  demonstrativeness.

IV.  Covet not thy neighbor's assets and property, real or intellectual. Voluntary sharing should be mutally  proffered.

V.   Access to knowledge or education shall not be wanting. Understanding should be shared. Individuals should strive for unhampered clarity of thought as well as universal comprehension and perception of the kosmos, the universe and their relatedness with advanced equanimity.

VI.   Ongoing positive knowledge transitions shall be optimally pursued.
