i think of salt,

and analogies of salt,

metaphors of salt,

 

 

i want to write

a poem

about salt,

 

 

but nothing seems

suitable - 

 

 

maybe what i want

to say

 

 

is that i can’t see her,

but the taste is felt,

and everywhere found,

 

 

i fall into fantasy,

dissolve

into sleep
