Raindrops

her hair clung to her face
as the rain fell
down around her
she looked vaunerable
scared
standing there in that storm
soaking wet
tears running down her face
like raindrops
she stood there
in the middle of that  field
praying for lighting to strike her
wishing for a flood
an earthquake
anything that would end this pain
anything to make it go away
and the thunder clapped
the charred tree in the distance
made the tears run harder
as she screamed at the sky
"YOU MISSED ME YOU ALL MIGHTY F****R"
