Black and White Rainbow

Black and White Rainbow

A Poem by NelliKong

Rainbows are traditionally bright and full of color, however, I look at the rainbow in black and white meaning it’s one or the other; either it is or isn’t; this or that, I don’t even like the gray areas because it’s not definite.

Once true colors are shown there’s no going back… those beautiful vibrant colors are just apart of the trap… the real plan is to drain you and leave you with a drawback… then you’ll just reminisce of all the flashbacks… wishing how you knew what you know now that you would take it all back.

Yes, I prefer my rainbow to be black and white… the colors that way won’t destroy my eyesight… which in my case is a delight…I much rather live in black  and white rainbows than get bit by toxic colors that leave frostbite.
