Fallen

Fallen

A Poem by Mika Haruna

A quiet whisper

a hushed voice

a mothers hand

all fall away

the fallen me

looks with pity

at the chaos left behind

A scarred world

desolate stars

the fallen me

loses her contempt

a small wish

invades her mind

unaccomplished life

Left for dead.

The fallen me

cannot save us

now unto the wish

i mentioned before

a small wish

to be with her

to be with me

lost on a prayer

all wishes fall

cast away

hush child

you are safe
