The World

Imagine you are on top of a hill, where the flowers are blossoming, the sun is below the horizon, and it is as quiet as a broken fiddle. The wind is slightly flowing amongst your chest, and the only interaction you are getting from the closest city is the bright streetlights of which only gives you more peace and serenity. Only if that could happen everyday…

Now imagine you are entering a dark alley that is on the way to the nearest grocery store. You have doubts yet you enter it… Next thing you know your mind is playing tricks on you. You see a shadow to your left and you then turn to find no one but a stray cat. You turn towards the way you intended to go but a insane man happens to be pointing a hand gun to your face. Only if that couldn’t happen everyday…

The world is confusing at times and at other times it’s completely understandable. If only we could change the world in one day to have all the peace we have all waited so long for, and not the sins, tragedies, and hatred we all unfortunately have to experience within our life time. As we grow to mature adults from hyper, always excited youngsters… We all learn from our mistakes.
