LoveA Poem by Divine PainLove, What is love? It's an involuntary emotion where anyone can lose their heart, anyone can lose their mind,
Love, What really is love? Love to me is something sacred, something beautiful, but then again, something so horrible, so terrible; that when you feel you love someone so much, you fear the separation if suddenly taken away, you feel the hurt; it hurts like when you get burned with cooking oil, it stings; only feeling better with cold water, so you begin to act cold because it makes you feel better, You try to fight the stormy weather; only to realize it won't get any better.
Love, what is true love? Love to me is great and all; but sure as hell hard to avoid, No matter what you do or what you say, you still fall under its spell; making you fall into a void making you lose all common sense and emotions, but once the spell is broken you feel the hurt that was once love, so you try to keep it from getting near, like the flu; it's contagious and no matter what you do;without that injection of pure numbness, you'll catch that virus it's contagious like a skin rash, that keeps coming back because even though you try not to scratch; you'll end up doing it without noticing; making it spread all through your body.
Love, what is love? It's something I'd rather avoid, Something I hate, But yet something I enjoy.
One love, Negrita
